Trendium is an independent software product (“Trendium”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected]. These terms apply when you buy or use the Trendium app. By buying or using Trendium, you agree to them.
What Trendium is, and is not
Trendium is an educational market-awareness tool. It reads public market data and describes, in plain words, what it sees: trend, timeframes, the current move and risk on each side.
Trendium is not financial advice, investment advice or a trading signal service. It does not trade for you, hold your money or connect to your exchange account. Its readings describe the market; they are not predictions, and they can be wrong, late or incomplete. Crypto markets are risky and you can lose money. Every trading decision is yours, and you are responsible for it.
Your license
When you buy Trendium, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on one computer at a time, on Windows or Mac. If you replace or reset your computer, contact support and we will move your license.
You may not share, resell or publish your license key; copy, modify or redistribute the app; reverse engineer it, except where the law allows; or use it to build a competing product. We may deactivate a license key that is used against these terms.
Plans and payment
- Monthly: renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Whop account; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
- Lifetime: one payment for access, including updates, for as long as we offer Trendium. If we ever stop offering it, we will tell lifetime customers by email at least 30 days ahead.
Purchases on trendium.cc are processed by Whop, whose own terms also apply to the payment. Prices are in US dollars; your local currency and any tax are shown at checkout. If the monthly price changes, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
Copies from the Microsoft Store are bought and refunded under Microsoft’s terms; these terms still apply to how you use the app.
7-day guarantee
If Trendium doesn’t work properly on your computer, for example it won’t install, open, accept your license key or load market data, email [email protected] within 7 days of your first purchase, monthly or lifetime, from the email you bought with. We will first try to fix the problem with you. If we can’t, we will refund you in full through Whop to your original payment method, and the license key will stop working.
The guarantee doesn’t cover a change of mind, disagreeing with Trendium’s readings, trading results, monthly renewals after the first payment (you can cancel anytime so you are not charged again) or requests made after 7 days.
Trendium is digital and your license key is delivered right after you pay. By buying, you ask for this immediate delivery and agree that, where the law allows, the legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase ends once your key is delivered. None of this limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country, for example if Trendium doesn’t work as described.
The Mac version and availability
The Mac version is in beta and may have more bugs than the Windows version. Trendium needs an internet connection for market data and license checks, and keeps working for a short time if it cannot reach the license service. Market data comes from third-party exchanges and may be unavailable or delayed; we cannot promise the app or its data will always be available or error-free.
Changes
We improve Trendium over time and may add, change or remove features. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email active customers about important changes before they apply.
No warranty and limits on liability
As far as the law allows, Trendium is provided “as is”, without promises that it fits a particular purpose or that its readings are accurate.
We are not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities or any decision you make using Trendium, or for indirect or consequential losses. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Trendium in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.
Ending access
You can stop using Trendium at any time. We may suspend or end a license that breaks these terms, for example a shared or resold key, fraud or a payment reversed without reason.
Problems and disputes
If something goes wrong, please email us first so we can try to fix it. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, including access to your local consumer bodies and courts.
