Microsoft Store copies

If you got Trendium from the Microsoft Store, it is linked to your Microsoft account and needs no license key. Install it on another PC from the Store's Library while signed in with the same account. Updates arrive through the Store.

Activation help

If a license key is not accepted, confirm that the computer is online, enter the key exactly as provided, and select “Check again.”

Moving to another computer

If the device limit is reached after replacing or resetting a computer, contact Trendium support with the email you used for your purchase. Never send passwords, wallet credentials, or private exchange keys.

Market data issues

Temporary exchange or internet interruptions may show “Data unavailable.” Trendium handles unavailable data without treating it as a market state. Try refreshing after connectivity returns.

What to include

  • The email used for purchase (or that you got it from the Microsoft Store).
  • Your Trendium app version.
  • A short description or screenshot of the problem.
